Standard Workspace
Each time an user creates a new workspace, it is created using the standard space template. The space template includes a set of applications (Wiki, Blog, Photos, Files), space administration tools & categories. Its home page features a description of the space as well as a list of the latest modified pages.Workspace Applications
- Wiki : The Wiki application lets users create & edit new pages easily.
- Blog : The Blog offers users the ability to publish news in a breathe.
- Photos : The Photos application lets users create photo albums & share images.
- Files : The File Manager Application provides a place for users to upload their Office & PDF files.
Workspace Administration
- Space Members : This page offers space administrators the possibility to manage the members of their space.
- Publication Mode : This is where the space admin can choose whether his space should be public or private.
- Categories : Categories can be used to organize & classify information in the space.
